In this seminar, Juan takes you directly to his family's coffee plantation, the land of his childhood. From him, you will learn firsthand what makes good coffee quality and how important it is for the coffee flavor.
What to Expect
In the theoretical part of the seminar (50%), Juan shares his deep knowledge and passion for coffee with you. You will learn all about the secrets of coffee cultivation, the importance of quality, and the history and traditions of Colombian coffee.
In the second half, there will be tastings: You will try different coffees, learn to recognize flavors, and brew your coffee yourself with filter methods that you can try at home. Espresso machines are not a topic, you don't need special equipment.
At the end, you will take home a recipe booklet – and know exactly which coffee suits you.
