Shipping Options
Shipping within Germany
We ship our packages through our partner DHL. The packages are always delivered three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) after payment is received.
Shipping Costs
In addition to the listed prices, we charge a flat rate of 6.50 euros per order for delivery within Germany.
For orders over 50 EUR, we offer free shipping within Germany. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
Delivery Time
Delivery takes 2–6 days:
- starting from the date the order is received, regardless of the payment method
The shipping costs will be displayed in the second step of the ordering process (selection of shipping method) as soon as you have entered your delivery address. The total amount including shipping costs will be clearly presented to you before the final order confirmation.
Self-Pickup
By prior appointment you can also pick up the order in person in Oldenburg. Please leave a comment in your customer account and/or in the comment field in the last step of the order or send an email to: hola@lamolienda.de. As soon as the order is ready for pickup, we will contact you and arrange a time for the pickup.

International Shipping
1. Delivery Areas
We only deliver within the European Union (EU). Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders from non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, USA) and they will be automatically canceled.
The following EU countries are serviced: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Cyprus.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the delivery country and the total weight of the order:

3. Shipping service provider and delivery time
We only ship with DHL Parcel International. The estimated delivery time after payment is:
- EU Standard Zone:3–5 business days
- EU East/South Zone:5–8 business days
The specified delivery times are guidelines and may be extended due to external circumstances (holidays, strikes, customs checks).
4. Transfer of risk and liability
The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the buyer upon handover to the shipping service provider.
Each shipment is insured by DHL against loss and damage up to a value of €500.In case of damage or loss, the buyer is obliged to report this immediately to DHL and inform us at the same time.
In case of visible transport damage, we ask you not to accept the goods or to note the damage with the delivery person and inform us within 24 hours to contact with photos.
5. Returns and Refunds
In the event of a cancellation or a valid complaint, the customer bears the cost of the return shipping, provided that the delivered goods correspond to the ordered ones.
In case of incorrect or faulty delivery, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning at: hola@lamolienda.coffee
Fresh food items (coffee beans, ground coffee) are excluded from the right of withdrawal if they have already been opened or cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
6. Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered (wrong address, not picked up), the package will be returned to us. In this case, we will contact the customer. The customer bears the costs for reshipping.
If the package is not picked up and is returned, we reserve the right to charge for the shipping costs (to and from).

2.1. Payment by bank transfer
Transfer the invoice amount conveniently to our bank account, indicating the purpose of use. We will provide you with our bank details and the transfer purpose separately via email during the order processing. We will deliver the goods after receiving the payment.

2.2 Credit Card
Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard. We will deliver the goods with the charge to your credit card.
2.3. Cash Payment on Pickup
You pick up the goods yourself and pay on-site in cash or by debit card. We will first inform you via email that the goods you ordered are ready for pickup. After receiving this email, you can pick up the goods at the following address: La Molienda GbR, Warehouse Sale, Würzburger Str. 2, 26121 Oldenburg.
In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
2.4. Paypal
You pay the invoice amount through the payment provider Paypal. You will be redirected to the Paypal website after the ordering process, where you will complete the payment process. You can find more information here: Paypal
We will deliver the goods after receiving confirmation of the payment order.
