There are 1000 things that affect the taste during the roasting process.

It starts with the green coffee, a bad green coffee cannot be improved by roasting, while a good one can yield hundreds of different flavors. That’s why we only use handpicked beans of the highest quality in the roasting drum, and due to our specialization, only from Colombia, mostly even from our own cultivation.

How we roast


We roast in 12kg batches to achieve the optimal result. The roasting machine is also connected to the Artisan software, which stores and manages the roasting profiles. This allows us to always replicate each roast batch as accurately as possible according to our specifications.

We extract bright and dark roasts from our Arabica beans and pure coffee varieties, thus not just adhering to a trend. Our goal is to meet as many customer wishes as possible. It is important to us to source our beans from only one country and ideally from one coffee plantation, while offering several coffee roasts or coffee varieties.


Due to logistical challenges and the effects of climate change, it is not always possible for us to source the same raw coffee from a specific growing region. Nevertheless, we manage to ensure a consistent flavor profile for our coffee varieties through careful selection of similar beans.

All our coffee blends are created in a pre-blending process, which allows us to achieve homogeneity and efficiency.

In our roasting facility in the Eversten industrial area, we not only offer ample space for our raw coffee but also flexible solutions for contract roasting or your own roasting projects.Feel free to talk to us about it!

Um die Tradition der polnisch-kolumbianischer Beziehungen gerecht zu werden, haben wir uns für einen 15-kg Trommelröster mit einer pneumatischer Rohkaffeebeförderung der polnischen Marke Coffed  entschieden.

It is our centerpiece and our sun in the coffee roastery, and our delicious roasts are thanks to it.

Our roasting story

is shaped by a great variety of roasting machines at some roasting colleagues. The opportunity to learn from experienced roasters and to look over their shoulders was crucial for our development. We are very grateful for the hospitality of Cross Coffee in Bremen and the Kaffeerösterei Baum in Leer. They not only provided us with their roastery but also shared their knowledge with us.

Finally, we invested in our own roasting machine and opened our production facility in Oldenburg in 2021. This allows us to control the entire process from cultivation to roasting ourselves and offer our customers everything from a single source.
