 - named after the Arabica variety with beautifully pink cherries. This coffee is so highly aromatic and exceptional that its low yield unfortunately means we have it for sale only very rarely.

Our roasting approach for this coffee is designed to highlight its vibrant, fresh, and fruity acidity, balanced by its natural sweetness. We achieve this with a relatively short roast curve (200°C for 11 minutes and 15 seconds).
