In a three hour seminar, Juan will take you directly to his family's coffee plantation   to the land of his childhood. You will learn firsthand from him what makes good coffee quality and how important it is for coffee flavor.

Your Seminar: Theory & Practice

In the theoretical part of the seminar (50%), Juan shares his deep knowledge and passion for coffee with you. You will learn all about the secrets of coffee cultivation, the importance of quality, and the history and traditions of Colombian coffee.

In the practical section of the seminar (50%), you will dive deep into the world of coffee. Under Juan's guidance, you will become a true coffee connoisseur by tasting different varieties, learning to distinguish the flavors, and practicing the art of alternative brewing to prepare your ideal coffee. Please note: Working with espresso machines will not be covered.
