Our Omnir roasting"Tabi"is named after the coffee variety of the same name. This hybrid developed in Colombia from Typica, Bourbon, and Timor delights with a complex and often vibrant flavor profile that excels both as filter coffee and as espresso.


Roasting

To bring out the best in our Tabi, we chose an omni roasting. Its excellent performance in various preparation methods, from filter to espresso, is supported by our adjusted roasting curve of 12:15 minutes, which allows for optimal flavor development.

French Press, Hand Filter, Drip Coffee Maker, Stovetop Pot, AeroPress, fully Automatic Machines, Espresso Machine.
