This gives the coffee a natural sweetness and remarkable smoothness. The result is a well-balanced cup with delicate acidity and a full body — equally enjoyable on its own.


Röstung

For this coffee, our roasting profile is carefully crafted to emphasize its natural sweetness. Roasted light at 200°C for 11:15 minutes, it is freshly roasted each week in 12 kg batches to deliver exceptional flavor.
