Out of curiosity to experience the fine Pink Bourbon bean in a dark roast, this espresso was created -Dark Bourbon. It combines a pleasant softness with a powerful intensity and a subtle nougat nuance.
Roast
Contrary to the usual light roast for Pink Bourbon, we opted for a classic dark espresso roast. With a long roasting time of over 14 minutes at 205 degrees, this espresso reveals surprising softness and a fine nougat note.
